Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 August 2026

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the DVSprout website and to any engagement in which DVSprout builds or operates a WhatsApp AI assistant for your business. By using the site or our services you accept these terms.

Our services

We set up and run a WhatsApp assistant that replies to customers, captures leads, answers questions and books appointments. Scope, timelines and fees are agreed in writing for each engagement. Screens shown on this website are sample views and are illustrative only.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, for holding the rights to your WhatsApp Business number and brand assets, and for using the assistant in line with WhatsApp Business policies and applicable law, including consent rules for messaging customers.

Third-party platforms

The service depends on WhatsApp and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, number verification decisions or account restrictions.

Fees and cancellation

Fees, billing cycles and notice periods are set out in your quotation or agreement. Either party may end the engagement with the agreed notice; fees already incurred remain payable.

AI output and limitation of liability

AI-generated replies can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, so the assistant is a support tool and not a substitute for professional advice or human review. To the extent permitted by law, DVSprout is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp using the link in the footer.
