DVSprout builds WhatsApp AI assistants for businesses. We are based in Begur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy explains what data we handle when you use our website or when we operate a WhatsApp assistant for your business.
Information we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp we receive your name, phone number and the messages you send. When we run an assistant for a client business, we process the conversation content, contact details, enquiry details and appointment information that customers share in those chats. We also collect basic, aggregated website usage information.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to enquiries, capture and qualify leads, book appointments, send follow-ups you have asked for, provide support, and improve the reliability of the assistant. We do not sell your data, and we do not use a client's customer data to market to those customers.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers required to deliver the assistant, such as WhatsApp Business API providers, hosting providers and AI model providers, and only to the extent needed to run the service. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention and security
Conversation data sits on access-controlled infrastructure and is retained for as long as the client relationship is active, or as required by law. We export or delete data on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying to stop.
